This role involves managing key accounts while supporting our leader in building and expanding capabilities in Financial Services.Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively handle and cultivate relationships with assigned key accounts for Insurance or Healthcare domain.
  • Understand clients’ business objectives and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the domain leaders to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of initiatives to expand the business.
  • Work closely with multi-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and services.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback to improve products and services based on the clients requirements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics within the Insurance or Healthcare sectors.
  • Share domain knowledge and insights with the team to strengthen overall expertise.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  • Advocate for clients internally, addressing concerns promptly and contributing to an outstanding client experience.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrable experience as an Account Executive or similar role, with a successful track record in handling insurance or healthcare accounts.
  • In-depth domain knowledge in Insurance or Healthcare, including an understanding of industry trends, challenges, and regulatory considerations.
  • Familiarity with the Financial Services sector is advantageous.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate optimally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach, with the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities.
