Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
The IT Manager will be responsible for leading technology efforts for the organization, ensuring synergy between business and technology. Reporting directly to the VP of Engineering, the IT Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure and support staff. They will be responsible for managing and establishing priorities for the maintenance, design, development, and analysis of entire infrastructure systems, including LANs, WANs, internet, security, and wireless implementations. The IT Manager will also define and manage the IT disaster recovery strategy and standards, maintain server infrastructure, and ensure adequate security levels on the network, infrastructure, and servers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure and support staff.
- Manage and establish priorities for maintenance, design, development, and analysis of entire infrastructure systems.
- Advanced experience in the Microsoft Azure Platform, including managing O365.
- Experience with NICE (CxOne) or LiveVox
- Experience with AHV (Acropolis Hypervisor)
- Define and manage IT disaster recovery strategy and standards.
- Report and prepare strategies to maintain server infrastructure.
- Ensure apt security levels on network, infrastructure, and servers are maintained.
- Oversee operational costs and conduct financial estimates for expanded functionality and user base.
- Experience in vendor and contracts management.
- Act as escalation point of contact for all service requests.
- Assist with audit activity, conduct internal audits of user accounts and activity.
- Ensure the security of the data and computing devices.
- Create and execute long-term roadmaps for the network, server, and phone infrastructure.
- Conduct research and recommend changes in services, products, protocols, and standards to support development efforts and infrastructure procurement.
- Design and execute short and long-term strategic plans to assure infrastructure capacity meets current and future needs.
- Develop, execute, and oversee procedures, policies, and related training plans for project management and infrastructure administration.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Advanced computer and operating system and network knowledge.
- Knowledge of Windows 7/8/10.
- Personal skills such as telephone skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer care.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
- Ability to lift and carry 50-75 pounds.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and/or weekends.
- Jira experience is a plus.
- Development or development management experience is a plus.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a combination of education and directly related industry employment experience.
