Job Description: My client is seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager in Architecture to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical proficiency, and a passion for delivering exceptional architectural solutions. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing project execution, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful project outcomes.Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage architectural projects from concept design through construction administration, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal project teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor project progress to ensure milestones are met and deliverables are achieved.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve design issues, technical challenges, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts, to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety, and address any issues or concerns as they arise.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members, promoting professional growth and development within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
  • Professional licensure (Registered Architect) preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural project management.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.

Expected salary: $75000 – 130000 per year
