Job Description

Job Title: Project ManagerJob DescriptionAs a Project Manager, you will build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure they are engaged and satisfied with the construction experience. Your role will involve maintaining a positive image of the company, setting up and maintaining project cost accounting, developing job schedules, and partnering with preconstruction services. You will also develop a Schedule of Values, generate monthly payment applications, negotiate major subcontractor agreements, and facilitate coordination meetings. Additionally, you will manage contract execution, monitor budgets and schedules, visit job sites regularly, manage change orders, and provide owner training upon project completion.Hard Skills
