Their portfolio includes business software solutions such as ERP, Billing, Customer Experience, Revenue Assurance and HMC.The PositionThe Sales Director for the US will lead the design and implementation of strategic sales initiatives aimed at driving business growth. Key responsibilities include expanding market presence, fostering robust client partnerships, and staying attuned to evolving market trends.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans and analyze trends to drive organic growthBuild and maintain strong relationshipsProvide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior managementIdentify new sales opportunities by leveraging contacts and industry knowledgeKey Skills & CompetenciesExcellent oral and written communication skillsConsistently exceeds targets, drives revenue growth, and maintains high motivationProactive approach to researching, analyzing, and documenting new business opportunitiesProven ability to develop customer relationships by listening to feedback, understanding, and anticipating future needs, and providing solutions to stated requirementsWork Experience RequirementsAt least 5 years of sales experience in direct sales of Software and/or VAS solutions to Data Centers providersProven ability in the acquisition of new logosWell-connected to the relevant contacts in the Data Center industryProfessional proficiency in English languageFamiliar with sales forecasting and planning processesWillingness to travel as neededPlease ignore the salary stated as it is negotiable.
