Saving children.®Job DescriptionAs a Sr. Campaign Analyst, you will lead the development and optimization of enterprise marketing strategies that enhance and drive organizational growth and support a specific campaign or brand activation/experience, like the St. Jude Walk/Run. You will: As a Senior Campaign Analyst in our Enterprise Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing marketing strategies that drive organizational growth and support specific campaigns or brand activations. You’ll be responsible for establishing positioning, identifying target audiences, managing campaign cycles (from planning to execution), and creating marketing plans with clear objectives across various channels. Your work will guide creative direction and ensure alignment with established goals and objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development: Lead the development and optimization of enterprise marketing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative approaches that resonate with our audience.Audience Targeting: Identify and define target audiences for campaigns. Leverage data and insights to refine audience segmentation.Campaign Management: Oversee the entire campaign cycle, including planning, integration, and execution. Ensure seamless coordination across channels.Creative Brief Development: Work closely with creative teams to develop clear and effective briefs that guide creative direction. Align creative assets with campaign objectives.Media Strategy: Develop strategies for paid, earned, organic, and shared media. Optimize media mix to maximize impact.Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate with the Audience Planning and Enterprise Marketing management team to ensure all strategies and tactics align with organizational goals.Results-Driven Approach: Be outcome-focused and resilient. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and tackle tough challenges head-on.Visual and Written Communication: Produce compelling written and visual communications. Leverage presentation design skills to convey complex ideas effectively.Business Experiences: Mix of business experiences, including design thinking, innovation, campaign strategy, and planning.Analytical Nature: Display a desire to understand audience behaviors and user journeys. Leverage data-driven insights.Team Player: Proven ability to lead key projects involving both superiors and peers.Change Management: Demonstrated ability to drive change while being comfortable with ambiguity.Presentation Skills: Good presentation and storytelling skills. Ability to engage, inspire, and influence others.Customized Presentations: Experience developing thoughtful, customized presentations and proposals.Innovation Mindset: Always looking to improve processes and outcomes.Self-Motivated: Ability to participate effectively in a team environment and work well with others.Matrixed Organization: Manage effectively in a heavily matrixed organization with a high degree of initiative.Effective Communication: Communicate well verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders of different levels. Experience presenting to senior executives and simplifying complex information.Problem-Solving Skills: Solve problems effectively and creatively while maintaining professionalism and integrity.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree (required).Experience: Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in marketing or related fields. Experience managing people and/or leading cross-functional teams for at least 1 year.Creativity and Analytical Thinking: Highly creative and analytical thinker.
